The terms of use apply to the website and application of Albatel Brothers Company (later referred to as' The Application/Application/Website').

Welcome to Albatel app that specializes in displaying and selling its watches and accessories, please read the terms and conditions and the privacy policy before using the application. Continuing to browse and complete purchases, means agreeing to these terms and conditions and privacy policy and any other terms, provisions, notices or notices contained in the application.

These terms are an agreement between Albatel and users registered in the app as well as the visitors who are not registered in the app (all of whom are called users).

By using Albatel app and/or filling the registration form and/or continuing to browse the application, is considered consent of you to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy and you admitted that you are  not under the age of 18 and you are responsible for your activities in the application, those who are under the age of using the app are not allowed to use the application, the data provided by you in the registration form and/or the purchase request must be correct and accurate, Albatel may not meet any requests and may limit the use of the application or prevent misuse or when suspected that the user has submitted incorrect data.

We will let you know when the order will be ready for receipt or delivery at the address, and we will ensure that you are kept informed in case of any delay in delivering the order.

The choice of delivery address and validity is the user's responsibility, and you agree to deliver the order to any of the residents of the address chosen for delivery.

At Albatel we guarantee the quality and authenticity of all the products displayed in the app.

·  Return policy

    In compliance with the decisions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the regulation of the consumer's right to exchange and refund products and goods, our valued customers can exchange or retrieve their purchases within 24 Hours of the date of purchase/Receipt of product If they do not meet the standard specifications, have manufacturing defects, or are not agreed upon. In this case, the products to be replaced or refunded in their original condition at the time of purchase and must be displayable with its casing and tag card and attached to the original purchase receipt. That will be in one of Albattle Brothers' watches branches, by contacting us by email specified in the contact details.

Therefore we do not provide any warranties regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or concerning the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service or defects in the service will be corrected.
